烧伤并发湿疹样皮炎24例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨、分析烧伤并发湿疹样皮炎的临床特点及其预防和治疗。方法通过对24例烧伤并发湿疹样皮炎患者的病史、临床表现、实验室检查和治疗进行回顾性分析,总结烧伤并发湿疹样皮炎的临床特点,探讨其预防和治疗方法及其效果。结果烧伤并发湿疹样皮炎多发于烧伤残余创面或愈合创面,且以女性常见,保持烧伤创面清洁及正确的创面处理可有效预防湿疹样皮炎。结论保持烧伤创面清洁、及时明确诊断、对症综合治疗是预防和治疗湿疹样皮炎的有效方法。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical features, prevention and treatment of burns compli- cated by eczematous dermatitis. Methods Retrospectively review the disease history, clinical manifestations, lab examina- tion results and treatment to summarize the clinical features of burns complicated by eczematous dermatitis and further inves- tigate its prevention and treatment methods as well as effects. Results The condition of burns complicated by eczematous dermatitis commonly located in the residual wounds or healed wounds of burns, and mostly strikes female. Keep the burned wound clean and manage the wounds in a correct way can effectively prevent the occurrence of eczematous dermatitis. Con- clusion Keep the burned wound clean and carry out prompt definite diagnosis and symptomatic comprehensive treatments were effective strategies for the prevention and treatment of eczematous dermatitis.
