摘　　要：目的调查国内灌注师对胶体的认知程度和体外循环胶体预充的临床现状。方法通过网络发布调查问卷,收集受访灌注师信息以及对成人和小儿患者在体外循环中预充各类天然胶体和/或人工胶体的认知程度及其临床使用现状等信息进行分析。结果 2014年8月至9月共收集调查问卷146份。成人患者的胶体预充以人工胶体为主,小儿患者则以天然胶体为主。结论部分受访者对天然胶体的适应证存在一定的认知误区,体外循环临床上存在不合理使用血浆的现象;初步调查结果基本反映了国内体外循环胶体预充的现状,但存在一定的局限性。Objective To survey the apprehension of colloids in perfusionists and situation of colloids for pump priming in ex-tracorporeal circulation in China.Methods A questionnaire was designed and distributed through Internet. The survey items includedapprehensions of both natural and synthetic colloids in perfusionists and situation of colloids for pump priming in adult and pediatricheart surgery.Results A total of 146 copies questionnaire were received from August to September in 2014. The colloids for pumppriming frequently used in adult were synthetic species but natural species in pediatric heart surgery.Conclusion There was cognitivemisunderstanding of natural colloids indications among some perfusionists. Some extent of inappropriate use of plasma for pump primingin heart surgery still exists. The findings of the survey reflected the current use of colloids for pump priming in extracorporeal circulationin Chinain spite of some limitations.
