Simulation Study on Mixing Time of 150 t Bottom Blowing Argon Steel Ladle with Immersed Cylinder

摘  要:以某厂150 t底吹氩钢包为原型,建立插入浸渍管钢包底吹气体钢液流场数学模型,利用Mixture多相流模型对钢包吹氩过程进行数值模拟计算。分析了钢包底吹氩过程中钢液的流动行为及吹氩量对合金混匀时间的影响,计算了插入浸渍管对合金混匀时间的影响。结果表明:无浸渍管,吹氩量小于250 L/min时,随着吹氩量的增加,混匀时间迅速变短,而气量大于250 L/min时,混匀时间随供气量变化不明显。插入浸渍管后,同一吹气量时,能够缩短混匀时间、加强冶炼效果。Taking 150 t bottom blowing argon steel ladle as prototype, a mathematical model of the flow field for bottom blowing steel ladle with immersed cylinder was established, the blowing argon process of steel ladle was simulated using the mixture multiphase flow model. The impact of the molten steel flow behavior and blowing argon amount in the steel ladle bottom blowing argon process on alloy mixing time were analyzed, and the effect of the mixing time with immersed cylinder was calculated. The results show that, when the blowing argon amount is less than 250 L/min and without immersed cylinder, the mixing time decrease rapidly with the increases of blowing argon amount. When the blowing argon amount is more than 250 L/min, the change of mixing time is not significantly with the change of blowing argon amount.After immersed cylinder, the mixing time can be shorten at the same blowing argon amount.
