摘 要:为提高离散铸造环节的数据采集和管理水平,建立了基于网络控制的集中监控系统。以砂型铸造、熔炼和浇注环节为例,通过PROFIBUS-DP总线应用,利用多级网络控制,采集分散过程数据,实现不同铸造工部生产的可视化管理,大幅提高分散铸造工部的协同作业水平。In order to improve the level of discrete data collection and management in foundry production, a centralized monitoring system was established based on network control. By melting and pouring process in the sand casting, with the use of PROFIBUS-DP bus, multi-level network control and data acquisition in dispersion process, the visual management process was realized in different foundry industry production, and the collaboration level of different casting departments was improved.
