摘　　要：基于低成本理念,设计出了带有组合式滑块结构的重车制动踏板经济型压铸模具,改善了成形过程中的铝液渗入问题和使用过程中的油路孔漏油问题,实现了制动踏板的一次成形,工艺流程简化,单件加工时间减少6 min,生产效率提高约20%,单件生产成本节约15元/件,实现了设计目标。A set of die-casting die with combined slider structure was designed for heavy truck brake pedal to improve the problem of aluminum liquid infiltration in shaping process and the problem of oil hole leakage in using process, which can implement one time shaping of the brake pedal with simplified forming process, single processing time reduces by 6 min,production efficiency increases by about 20%, single production cost saving 15 yuan/piece.
