摘　　要：针对铸件结构、尺寸特点,选择适当的化学成分,使用球铁专用浇包,加强球化处理过程控制,稳定生产出符合技术要求的铸态QT500-7薄壁小型球墨铸铁件。According to the characteristics of the casting structure, size, selecting appropriate chemical composition, special ductile iron ladle, strengthening the spheroidizing process control, as-cast ductile cast iron QT500-7 castings with thin wall were produced, which can meet the technical requirements,can be stably producted.
