改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征274例

摘　　要：目的探讨改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术(uvnlopalatopharyngoplasty,UPPP)手术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)远期疗效.方法随机将548例,患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组274例采用低温等离子消融术,观察组274例行改良UPPP手术.结果观察组死亡率显著低于对照组,观察组治疗后6个月AHI显著低于对照组,LSa O2显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后血压情况及肥胖情况差异无统计学意义.结论改良UPPP治疗OSAHS疗效更佳,临床症状、体征改善显著.Objective To study the curative effect of the improved UPPP surgery in the treatment of OSAHS.Methods Randomly 548 cases, patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group 274 by low temperature plasma ablation, the observation group 274 routine improved UPPP surgery.Results The observation group mortality was significantly lower than the control group and observation group had a significantly lower than the control group after treatment for 6 months AHI,LSa O2 was significantly higher than the control group,two groups after treatment had no statistically significant differences in blood pressure and obesity.Conclusion Improved UPPP OSAHS has better therapeutic effect, while clinical signs and symptoms improved significantly.
