经皮微创闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折64例

摘　　要：目的:评价经皮微创闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:选择64例股骨颈骨折行经皮微创闭合复位空心钉内固定手术,平均随访4年。采用Harris评分评估股骨颈骨折术后临床功能疗效。采用X线片评估骨折愈合及并发症。结果:髋关节功能Harris评分结果显示优36例,良18例,可3例,差7例,优良率84.4%。随访64例股骨颈骨折中54例获得完全愈合,2例发生骨折不愈合,5例出现股骨头缺血性坏死。不同分型股骨颈骨折术后的优良率及不良反应之间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:经皮微创闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折具有优良率高及并发症低的优点。Objective：To evaluate therapeutic effect of femoral neck fractures treated with internal fixa‐tion .Methods：In this retrospective series ,64 cases of femoral neck fractures underwent close reduction and internal fixation with follow up for average 48 months after surgery .X‐rays were taken to determine results of fractures heal‐ing with or without complications and clinical evaluation was performed based on Harris Hip Score （HHS） .Results ：HHS showed 55 cases had excellent results ,15 cases had good results ,6 cases had moderate results and 4 cases had a poor result .Follow‐up of 64 cases of femoral neck fracture in 54 cases healed completely ,while avascular necrosis （AVN） of the femoral head was observed in 8 cases and nonunion was seen in 3 cases .There was no significant difference between crop and adverse reaction in different types of femoral neck fracture .Conclusion：Femoral neck fractures treated with internal fixation had excellent clinical outcomes and low adverse reaction .
