摘　　要：Nowadays, standards have emerged as an indispensable part of the national governance system, just like national strategies, plans and policies. As it is clearly proposed in the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC National Congress that the market should play a decisive role in resource allocations, enterprise standardization as a key part of the ongoing standardization reform has never been more emphasized to further stimulate the market vitality and creativity.
