摘　　要：发育性髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)是髋关节在发育过程中以空间和时间上的不稳定为特征的一组病变的总称,严重危害儿童健康。早期诊断和治疗是DDH的治疗原则,取得稳定的同心圆复位是DDH的治疗目的。但就算是接受了正确的保守或手术治疗,不少DDH患者仍然会存在髋关节残存发育不良,不得不接受再次复位并髋臼或股骨重建术。随着医疗科技的进步,多种影像学技术在对DDH的诊断、评估三维病理形态学畸形以及指导治疗方案方面发挥了巨大的作用,本文着重对DDH的影像学研究进展作一综述。Developmental dysplasia of the hip（ DDH） is a spectrum of anatomical abnormalities of the hip joint in which the femoral head has an abnormal relationship with the acetabulum,which harm children＇s health seriously. Early diagnose and treatment are the management principles of DDH,and steady concentric reset is the therapeutic purposes. Dysplasia may persist despite appropriate nonoperative or operative treatment. Many of these patients subsequently undergo closed or open reduction and femoral or acetabular reconstruction. With advances in medical technology,variety of imaging techniques are playing a huge role in the diagnose,assessment of three- dimensional deformity and guiding treatment programs of DDH. This review is to highlight recent progress of imaging studies in DDH.
