摘　　要：基于天津大学期刊中心的工作实践,探讨了网络环境下科技期刊避免学术不端行为时需要注意的问题。认为文献检索要抓住"全"和"准";尽量避免"误诊";建立学术不端"黑名单";高度重视版权转让协议的签署;缩短审稿、发稿周期,从而尽可能地遏制学术腐败现象的发生。Based on the authors’ work experience in the Academic Journal Publishing Center of Tianjin University,thispaper discusses how to avoid academic misconducts from the perspective of academic journals. It points out that completenessand exactness should be paid attention in the step of information retrieval;misdiagnosis should be avoided to the greatestextent;a “blacklist” of authors with academic misconducts be made;copyright be attached with great attention;reviewing and distribution cycles be shortened. These efforts will help the journals to prevent academic misconducts as far aspossible.
