消脂康配方颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消脂康配方颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将90例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组在常规西医治疗的同时口服二甲双胍肠溶片,治疗组在常规西医治疗的同时给予消脂康配方颗粒口服,疗程均为3个月,观察2组患者治疗前后血脂、胰岛素抵抗情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组临床显效率(35.5%)、总有效率(84.5%)及治疗后中医证候积分(13.78±3.6)均优于对照组(P<O.05)。2组治疗后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、三酰甘油、总胆固醇均较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),组间总胆固醇、三酰甘油比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B超分度积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组。2组治疗后空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组空腹血糖优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消脂康配方颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhikang Formula Granules for thetreatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods Totally 90 patients with nonalcoholic fattyliver disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 45 cases in eachgroup. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western treatment and oralmetformin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, while patients in the treatment group weretreated with Xiaozhikang Formula Granules on the basis of conventional western treatment for 3months. Blood lipid and insulin resistance in the two groups before and after treatment wereobserved, and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results Clinicalexcellence （35.5%）, total effective rate （84.5%） and TCM syndrome score （13.78 ± 3.6） aftertreatment of treatment group were better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. GPT, GOT, TG,and TC in both groups were lower after the treatment （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. There existed statisticalsignificance in TC and TG between the two groups after treatment （P 〈0.05）. There existedstatistical significance in B ultrasound index between the two groups after treatment （P 〈0.05）,and the treatment group was superior. FBG and HOMA-IR in both groups significantly decreasedafter treatment （P 〈0.05）, and the FBG in the treatment group after treatment was better thancontrol group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Xiaozhikang Formula Granules in the treatmentof nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is remarkable.
