摘  要:目的观察复方中药组分(黄连生物碱40%、三七总皂苷35%、麦冬多糖25%)对糖尿病大鼠血糖、果糖胺及胰岛素水平的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法随机抽取10只大鼠作为空白组,其余大鼠采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制作大鼠糖尿病模型。成模大鼠随机分为中药高、中、低剂量组和二甲双胍组、模型组,每组10只。各给药组每日给予相应药物灌胃,连续4周。断头采血及尾静脉采血,葡萄糖氧化酶法检测空腹血糖(FBG),放射免疫双抗法检测胰岛素水平,果糖胺法检测果糖胺含量。结果与空白组比较,4周后模型组FBG含量和果糖胺含量明显升高、胰岛素含量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,给药4周后中药中、高剂量组和二甲双胍组FBG和果糖胺含量降低、胰岛素水平升高(P<0.05)。结论复方中药组分可能通过降低糖尿病大鼠FBG、果糖胺含量,提高其基础胰岛素水平。sObjective To observe the effects of Chinese herbal compounds (alkaloid of CoptidisRhizoma 40%, total saponin of panax notoginseng 35%, and polysaccharide of OphiopogonisRadix 25%) on levels of blood glucose, fructosamine, and insulin of diabetic rats, and exploremechanism of action. Methods Ten rats were randomly chosen as blank control group, and otherrats were used to establish diabetic rat models by STZ intraperitoneal injection. Successfullymolding rats were randomly divided into Chinese herbal compounds high, medium, low dosegroups, metformin group, and model group, 10 rats in each group. Each rat received gavage forcontinuous 4 weeks. Then rat blood was collected by cutting head and taking caudal vein. FBGwas detected by glucose oxidase method;insulin level was detected by radio-immunity doubleantibody method;fructosamine content was detected by fructosamine method. Results Comparedwith the blank control group, model group the levels of FBG, froctosamine content increased, whilefasting insulin level were lower after 4 weeks’medication. Compared with the model group, thelevels of FBG, froctosamine content in Chinese herbal compounds high and medium dose groupsand metformin group were lower, while fasting insulin level increased after 4 weeks’medication(P 〈0.05). Conclusion TCM herbal compounds can increased the basic insulin level by decreasingthe contents of FBG and fructosamine.
