银翘散对呼吸道黏膜免疫功能低下合并甲型流感病毒感染模型小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银翘散对呼吸道黏膜免疫功能低下合并流感病毒感染模型小鼠的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法复制寒冷刺激致小鼠上呼吸道黏膜免疫功能低下模型,采用甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株A/PR/8/34(H1N1)通过鼻腔接种方式感染模型小鼠,将小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药(利巴韦林)组及银翘散组,各给药组给予相应药物灌胃,观察各组小鼠死亡率、生命延长率、平均存活时间及肺指数。结果与模型组比较,阳性药组、银翘散组小鼠死亡率明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),存活时间延长;阳性药组、银翘散组小鼠肺指数明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺指数抑制率分别为35.5%、24.6%。结论银翘散通过上调模型小鼠上呼吸道局部黏膜免疫功能,达到防治上呼吸道感染的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Yinqiao Powder on the mouse models with upperrespiratory trace mucosal immunity dysfunction infected with influenza virus A, and exploremechanism of action. Methods The mouse models of upper respiratory trace mucosal immunitydysfunction induced by cold stimulation with the influenza A/PR/8/34 （H1N1） virus through thenasal cavity were established. The mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group,positive medicine （Ribavirin） group, and Yinqiao Powder group. All administration groups receivedgavage with relevant medicine, and then mortality, the life prolonging rate, average survival timeand the lung index of each group were observed. Results Compared with the model group, themortalities in positive medicine group and Yinqiao Powder group decreased significantly （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）, with longer survival time. The lung indexes in positive medicine group and YinqiaoPowder group decreased significantly （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）, and the inhibition ratios of lung indexwere 35.5% and 24.6%, respectively. Conclusion Yinqiao Powder can realize the protective effects onupper respiratory infection through upregulating the mucosal immunity of the upper respiratorytract of mouse models.
