摘 要:以氢氧化镁作为混凝剂,对活性染料活性橙(K-GN)进行混凝-吸附试验,研究了氢氧化镁在单独吸附过程和混凝-吸附过程中不同搅拌时间对活性橙染料去除效果的影响.结果表明:在单独吸附过程中,快搅时间对染料去除率的影响显著,而慢搅时间对染料去除率的影响不大;在快搅时间90,s、转速为250,r/min,慢搅时间10,min、转速为60,r/min,沉降时间为30,min的条件下,混凝-吸附过程染料的去除率可达96.7%,,而单独吸附时染料的去除率仅为46.3%,;絮凝指数(FI值)和显微照片均表明,混凝-吸附过程中的粒径虽然较小,但絮体有团聚现象,并且依据zeta电位和絮体的特性,可知混凝-吸附过程的机理为吸附作用和电性中和作用.Magnesium hydroxide was used for the removal of reactive orange (K-GN) in coagulation and adsorption proc-esses. Effect of mixing time on reactive orange removal efficiency in magnesium hydroxide separate adsorption process and coagulation-adsorption process were investigated. The results showed that removal efficiency was significantly influenced by rapid mixing time in adsorption process,and effect of slow stirring time on removal rate was not significantly. With rapid mixing at 250 r/min for 90 s and slow stirring at 60 r/min for 10 min and finally sedimentation for 30 min,the removal effi-ciency can reach 96.7% and 46.3% for coagulation and adsorption,respectively. Flocculation Index (FI) and floc image all showed that average floc size was relative smaller but flocs was aggregated together. Based on the changes of zeta potential and floc properties,adsorption and charge neutralization were proposed to be the main coagulation-adsoption mechanisms.
