摘　　要：在总结分析盘磨机磨片设计制造方法的基础之上,结合锥形磨浆机转子和定子的结构特征,介绍分片式锥形磨浆机磨浆元件的设计和制造方法。参考盘磨机磨片的分片设计,提出分片式锥形磨片的设计方法,这样可以有效节约锥形磨片的制造成本。此外,采用高性能耐磨蚀材料,可延长使用寿命。Based on the analysis of disk refiner plate design and manufacture, combined with characteristics of conical refiner rotor and stator, this study introduced the design and manufacture method of the conical refiner refining element. Referring to the design of slice type disc refiner plate, proposed the method of segmentation of conical refiner plate, it can greatly save the manufacturing cost of the conical refiner plate. In addition, use the high properties of wear and corrosion resistant material, can extend the service life.
