摘  要:以酚醛树脂、聚酰亚胺和酚醛树脂复合浸渍来浸渍丁腈胶乳预浸渍过的纸基摩擦材料原纸,研究不同浸渍条件对纸基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:当单一的酚醛树脂浸渍量为24%时,酚醛树脂将纤维、填料、摩擦性能调节剂紧密地包裹在材料中,同时能看到大量的孔隙结构,并具有稳定的动摩擦系数,较低的磨损率;当聚酰亚胺和酚醛树脂复合浸渍时,随着聚酰亚胺含量的增加,摩擦力矩的稳定系数有一定增加,磨损率比单一酚醛树脂浸渍低。In this paper, phenolic resin, polyimide, and phenolic resin impregnated composite nitrile latex impregnated paper- based pre-impregnated paper friction materials, the effects of different impregnation conditions on the tribological performance of paper-based friction were studied. ~he results showed that when single phenolic resin impregnated amount was 24%, the phenol resin takes fibers, fillers and friction modifiers tightly packed in the material, and we can see a large number of pore structure, stable dynamic friction coefficient and low wear rate; when the polyimide and phenolic resin composite impregnation, with the increase of the content of polyimide, stability coefficient of friction torque increases to a certain extent, lower wear rate than single phenolic resin impregnation.
