摘 要:以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、衣康酸为原料,过硫酸钾/亚硫酸氢钠为复合引发剂,通过水溶液自由基共聚合法,合成新型两性高分子絮凝剂。通过单因素实验考察反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量、单体质量分数对聚合产物产率和特性黏数的影响,确定了最佳反应条件是反应温度55℃、反应时间7 h、单体质量分数35%、引发剂用量1.0%、此时产率达91.1%,特性黏数为467 m L·g-1。通过红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪对产物的结构进行了表征;并在pH=8.5,用量为20 mg·L-1条件下,对造纸厂中段废水进行了絮凝实验,实验表明该絮凝剂具有较好的絮凝效果。An amphoteric molecular flocculant was synthesized by aqueous solution radical copolymerization using methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride ( DMC ) , vinyl pyrrolidone ( NVP ) and itaconic ( IA ) as raw material and potassium persulfate / sodium bisulfite as composite initiator. By single factor experiment investigated the effects of various factors on the polymerization conditions and determined the optimal reaction conditions as follows. The reaction temperature was 55℃, the reaction time was 7 h, monomer concentration was 35%, the amount of initiator was 1.0%. At this time the yield was 91.1%, the ntrinsic viscosity was 467 mL·g-1. The structure of the product was confirmed by FT-IR spectrum and 1H-NMR spectra. When the amount of flocculant was 20 mg·L-1, pH was 8.5, the flocculant had an experiment of the middle wastewater of paper factory, The experimental results showed that the fiocculant has a good fiocculation performance.
