基于CBM的我国民族医药学文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的本文从文献分析的角度,对我国民族医药学研究的现状和发展趋势进行分析,为民族医药学研究者提供参考。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),自1978-2014年收录的民族医药学论文,对文献数量、分布年代、发文作者、发文期刊、发文地区等进行分析研究。结果民族医药学文献数量逐年增多,蒙医药、藏医药、维医药、壮医药等民族医药研究在文献数量、作者群等方面已形成优势,傣医药显示出很好的发展潜力。但民族医药类期刊没有入选核心期刊,发表在核心期刊上的民族医药学文献较少。结论民族医药学已受到研究者的广泛关注,但影响力还需进一步扩大。多民族地区高等院校和科研机构应抓住自身的资源优势,将本地区民族医药资源优势发掘出来,形成特色。Objective This article analyzed the status quo and the development trend of Chinese medicine of national minorities from the perspective of literature analysis, with a purpose to provide references for the researchers of Chinese medicine of national minorities.Methods Articles about Chinese medicine of national minorities from 1978 to 2014 were retrieved from Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM). The amount of articles, the distribution of the publication time, the distribution of authors, the distribution of the publication journals and the distribution of the publication areas were analyzed.Results The amount of articles about Chinese medicine of national minorities has been increasing year by year. It showed that an obvious advantage has been established in the amount of articles and the author groups in Mongolian nationality’s medicine, the Tibetan nationality’s medicine, the Uygur nationality’s medicine and the Zhuang nationality’s medicine. Dai nationality’s medicine also showed good development potential. But there was no journals about Chinese medicine of national minorities were selected as core journals. The amount of articles about Chinese medicine of national minorities published in TCM core journals was few.Conclusion The researches on Chinese medicine of national minorities have received increasing attention, but the influence needs to be expanded. The universities and research organizations in minorities’ areas should take the advantage of minorities’ resources to develop local medicine of minorities to form distinguishing features.
