摘  要:研究生"助研、助教和助管"(简称"三助")工作的开展对提高研究生培养质量具有重要意义。研究生"三助"工作不但提高了研究生的综合素质和能力,同时对教学、科研和管理工作也大有裨益,实现共赢。本文对首都医科大学中医药学院研究生"三助"工作进行分析,针对"三助"评价体系不完善、学生科研创新能力不足及"助教"岗前培训有待加强等问题提出改进措施。The work of graduate research, teaching and management assistants (namely Three-Assistants) is very important to the improvement of graduate training quality. It can not only improve the comprehensive quality and ability of graduates, but also benefit the work about teaching, research and management. This article analyzed the work of graduate Three-Assistants in the TCM School of Capital Medical University. The improvement measures were proposed for the problems, such as imperfect evaluation system of Three-Assistants, lack of innovation ability of scientific research of graduates and pre-job training of teaching assistants which needs to be strengthened.
