自拟更年安汤治疗阴虚型绝经综合征40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟更年安汤治疗阴虚型绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的80例绝经综合征患者随机分成两组,治疗组服用更年安汤,对照组口服克龄蒙,疗程均为3个月。结果:疗程结束后观察疗效,治疗组的总有效率为87.5%,对照组为90.0%,治疗组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:更年安汤治疗绝经综合征疗效显著,值得进一步推广。Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Gengnian'an decoction on menopause syndrome. Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with the Gengnian’an decoction, the control group were treated with Climen. The course of treatment was 3 months. Results: The total efficiency was 87.5% in the treatment group and 90.0% in the control group. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effects of the Gengnian’an decoction on menopause syndrome is remarkable and worthy of further promotion.
