摘　　要：一般认为猪苓汤为治疗阴伤水热互结而设,观方中并无滋阴药物,分析仲景在《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中应用猪苓汤的条文及阿胶在猪苓汤中的作用,探讨猪苓汤证阴伤病机的本质。Yingshang syndrome was treated with the Zhuling decoction normally. There wasn’t medicine of nourishing Yin in the Zhuling decoction. According to analyze the article inTreatise on FebrileandGolden Chamber about application of the Zhuling decoction, and the function of the donkey-hide gelatin in the Zhuling decoction, the essence of pathogenesis of the Zhuling decoction on Yinshang syndrome was discussed.
