自拟二黄三草五虫汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟二黄三草五虫汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床治疗效果。方法:随机选取2013年3月-2014年3月本院诊治的108例慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组54例患者予以常规口服药物治疗,研究组54例患者在对照组的基础上予以自拟二黄三草五虫汤治疗,分析两组患者治疗后中医证状积分、临床相关性指标显示及不良反应情况。结果:研究组患者治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组,24h尿蛋白定量、Scr水平、BUN及Alb等均明显改善且优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟二黄三草五虫汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状及蛋白尿情况,具有临床实际应用价值。Objective: To analyze clinical effects of the Er’huang Sancao Wuchong decocotion on chronic nephritic proteinuria. Methods: 108 cases of chronic nephritic proteinuria from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=54) received conventional oral medication. The study group received the Er’huang Sancao Wuchong decocotion more. TCM symptom score, clinical relevant indicators, and adverse reactions in two groups were analyzed. Results: After the treatment, symptom scores in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, 24h urinary protein, Scr levels, BUN and Alb in the study group were improved significantly and better than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Er’huang Sancao Wuchong decocotion was effective on chronic nephritic proteinuria.
