腰椎骨折患者中医治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:对比分析中医与西医治疗腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法:选取本院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的84例胸腰骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表将患者分为中医组及西医组各42例,观察组患者给予本院自拟的药方身痛逐淤汤治疗,水煎服2次/d,3个月为1个疗程,对照组给予葡萄糖酸钙片2片/次,2次/d,肌肉注射降钙素12IU/次,2次/周,3个月为1个疗程,对比分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月及12个月VAS评分、伤椎后凸Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度、伤椎中部高度、ODI的改善效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗12个月后腰椎、股骨颈、大转子中的骨密度(BMD)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟的身痛逐淤汤能有效改善腰椎骨折患者的疼痛症状,提高患者的骨密度,促进患者预后。Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of treating spine fractures with TCM and to compare with western medicine. Methods: From January 2012 to December 2013, 84 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were randomly divided into the observed group and western medicine group, each group for 42 cases. TCM group were given Shentong Zhuyu decoction, 2 times per day, 3 month as 1 course. The control were given calcium gluconate, two pieces per time,2 times per day, intramuscular calcitonin, 12IU per time,2 time per week,3 month as 1 course. Efficacy of two group were compared and analyzed. Results: In 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months, improving efficacy of the VAS score, vertebral kyphosis cobb angle, vertebral anterior height, middle vertebral height, ODI in the TCM group were significantly better, with statistically significant (P<0.05). In 12 months, BMD of lumbar spine, femoral neck and trochanter in the observed group were higher, and had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shentong Zhuyu decoction can effectively improve lumbar fracture pain, increase bone mineral density, and improve prognosis.
