摘　　要：目的:探讨品质圈管理在肿瘤化疗护理中的应用与效果。方法:比较开展品质圈管理实施前(2013年1月-8月)、后(2013年9月-2014年4月),护士专业理论和实践技能考核成绩及化疗差错发生率。结果:实施品质圈管理后护理人员专业理论知识和实践技能明显提高(P<0.05),杜绝了化疗差错的发生。结论:在肿瘤化疗护理中应用品质圈管理,可提升护士专业能力,杜绝化疗差错的发生,有效降低护理工作风险。Objective:To explore application and efficacy of QCC in cancer chemotherapy nursing. Methods: Before QCC (January 2013 to August) and after QCC (September 2013 to April 2014), nursing theory, test results and practical skills, efficiency of chemotherapy error were compared. Results: After QCC, nursing theory, test results and practical skills were obviously improved (P<0.05), eliminating the occurrence of chemotherapy errors. Conclusion: Application of QCC in cancer chemotherapy nursing can enhance the ability of the nursing profession, prevent chemotherapy errors and reduce the risk of nursing.
