摘　　要：胸腰段压缩骨折特指发生在T11-L2段的脊柱压缩骨折,是脊柱骨折中最常见的部位,占脊柱骨折发病率的50%左右。因此,临床医生对这类骨折的诊治尤为重视。查阅相关文献研究发现随着临床经验的积累与实验研究的进展,虽然这种方法在临床上不断被医师所采纳,但仍然存在一些问题,有待进一步的研究与探讨。Thoracolumbar compression fractures especially occurred in the spine compression fractures of T11-L2 segments. It is the most common sites in spine fracture, and accounts for about 50% of vertebral fractures. Therefore, the clinical diagnosis and treatment is particularly emphasized. Consulting relevant literature shows that with clinical experience accumulation and experimental study, this method in clinical practice has been adopted by the physician, but there are still some problems to be further research and discussion.
