中药隔姜灸神阙穴治疗骨科术后尿潴留的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药隔姜灸神阙穴治疗骨科术后尿潴留的临床价值。方法:选取本院于2013年2月-2014年8月间收治的在腰麻或硬膜外麻醉下行骨科手术后尿潴留患者77例,随机分为对照组38例,治疗组39例。对照组采用单纯隔姜灸法治疗,而治疗组在单纯隔姜灸的基础上加用中药治疗,比较两组患者的排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量、症状评分及总有效率等指标。结果:治疗组的排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量、症状评分及总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药隔姜灸神阙穴治疗骨科术后尿潴留疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To discuss the clinical value of applying chinese herbs on umbilicus plus ginger moxibustion in the treatment of urinary retention after orthopaedic surgery. Methods: 77 patients after orthopaedic surgery using spinal anesthesia or epidural anesthesia who treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group (38 cases) and the treatment group (39 cases). The control group were treated with only ginger moxibustion, the treatment group were treated with ginger moxibustion plus chinese herbs on umbilicus. To compare the onset delay in micturation, residual urine volume, symptom score and total effective rate. Results: The treatment group were better than that in the control group in all aspects. (P<0.05). Conclusion: It has a good clinical effect of applying chinese herbs on umbilicus plus ginger moxibustion in the treatment of urinary retention after orthopaedic surgery. It is an effective recipe of the safety and clinical curative effect.
