小儿健胃乐配合捏脊治疗小儿厌食症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿健胃乐配合捏脊治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将100例小儿厌食症患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组口服吗丁啉混悬液和双歧三联活菌胶囊;治疗组口服小儿健胃乐,配合捏脊疗法,2周后统计疗效。结果:对照组显效14例,有效23例,无效13例,总有效率为74%;治疗组显效32例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为92%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿健胃乐配合捏脊治疗小儿厌食症,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of chiropractic treatment plus Xiao’er Jianweile on infantile anorexia. Methods:100 cases of children anorexia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group; the control group was treated with domperidone suspension, probiotics capsules; the treatment group was given chiropractic treatment plus Xiao’er Jianweile, for 2 weeks. Results:In the control group, 14 cases were markedly effective; 23 cases were effective; 13 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 74%; in the treatment group, 32 cases were markedly effective; 14 cases were effective; 4 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 92% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chiropractic treatment plus Xiao’er Jianweile for children with anorexia make a significant effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
