摘　　要：产业转移是经济发展和产业结构升级的有效途径,而对产业转移的承接离不开金融的支持。本文以金融发展与产业转移之间的内在关系为主线,以构建产业转移的金融支持为目标,对新疆承接产业转移和金融支持的现状进行定性和定量分析,探讨新疆承接产业转移过程中的金融支持不足,并提出针对性的对策建议。The industrial transfer is an effective way of the economic development and the industrial structure upgrading, and un-dertaking the industrial transfer depends on the financial support. Focusing on the intrinsic relationship between the financial develop-ment and the industrial transfer, taking building the financial support of the industrial transfer as the goal, the paper makes the qualita-tive and quantitative analysis on the current situation of Xinjiang's undertaking the industrial transfer and financial support, discusses that the financial support in the process of Xinjiang's undertaking the industrial transfer is insufficient, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
