基于医院的延续性护理模式对食管癌术后患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于医院的延续性护理模式对食管癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年7月至2013年12月在我院心胸外科行食管癌手术的患者100例,运用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组按常规护理方法给予系统健康教育及出院指导、发放科室自编的"食管癌术后健康宣传册"、加入我院的食管癌术后康复俱乐部,观察组在此基础上由专职随访护士通过电话随访、利用网络平台、面对面的健康教育以及建立病情追踪卡等方式对患者进行全程护理干预。分别于出院前和出院后3个月通过问卷调查的方式比较两组患者生活质量情况。结果:观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌术后患者实施基于医院的延续性护理干预可以提高患者生活质量。Objective：To study the impact of hospital-based continuity of care model on post-esophagectomy patients’ quality of life. Methods：The clinical data of 100 cases of post-esophagectomy patients from July 2013 to December 2013 in the department of cardiothoracic surgery our hospital was collected. Patients were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group according to use the random number table method. The patients in the control group received systematic health education and dis-charge instructions,department wrote of“esophageal carcinoma postoperative health brochure＆#39;” and joined our postoperative esophageal cancer rehabilitation club,following the routine nursing care,while the observation group were added the whole nursing intervention on patients with telephone interview,internet platform,health education for face to face and established conditions racking cards,and so on, by professional follow-up nurses. Compared the two groups of patients’ quality of life through the questionnaire,respectively,before and after discharge from the hospital for 3 months. Results：In observation group,the quality of life for patients was better than control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：To implementation continuity nursing interventions of hospital-based based can improve quality of life on post-esophagectomy patients .
