摘　　要：目的:评价男性雄激素性秃发(androgenetic alopecia,AGA)患者生活质量。方法:采用皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)量表对165例男性AGA患者生活质量进行评估,并对问卷结果进行信度、效度及相关因素分析。结果:共调查165例AGA患者,DLQI总分平均为(5.50±4.44)分,该评分在年龄、婚姻及脱发严重程度这3个方面差异有统计学意义。结论:AGA影响了男性患者的生活质量。患者的生活质量与年龄、脱发严重程度及婚姻状态呈负相关。Objective： To assess the quality of life in patients with androgenetic alopecia （AGA）. Methods： The quality of life in 165 AGA patients were assessed by dermatology life quality index（DLQI）. Reliability, validity and related factors of questionnaires were also analyzed. Results： The average score of DLQI was 5.50±4.44 in male patients with AGA. DLQI var- ied significantly with age, marital status and alopecia severity. Conclusion： AGA affects the quality of life in male patients. The quality of life is negatively correlated with age, hair loss severity and marital status.
