不同剂量A型肉毒毒素注射治疗上面部动力性皱纹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同剂量A型肉毒毒素注射在上面部动力性皱纹中的临床应用价值及安全剂量。方法:选取105例上面部动力性皱纹患者为研究对象,均予以A型肉毒毒素注射治疗。根据其意愿分成低剂量组(A组,n=58)和高剂量组(B组,n=47)两组。比对两组患者临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生率及满意度评估情况,行为期6个月随访,分析起效时间、维持时间等治疗指标差异。结果:1A组起效时间较B组长且持续时间显著短于B组,(P<0.05);2两组患者在临床疗效对比上无统计学意义(P>0.05);但B组满意率明显高于A组(P<0.05);3B组不良反应发生率为23.4%,明显高于A组的5.2%(P<0.05)。结论:对上面部动力学皱纹患者予以A型肉毒毒素注射治疗,疗效确切,用药剂量及浓度选择可根据患者体质差异及耐受性差异进行调整,建议初始时予以低剂量以确保治疗安全。Objective To investigate the clinical application and safety dose of injection of botulinum toxin A on upper facial wrinkles. Methods 105 cases of upper facial wrinkles patients as the research object,were treated with botulinum toxin type A injection.According to their intention were divided into low dose group （group A,n=58） and high dose group （B group,n=47 group）.Compared clinical treatment efficiency,the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction evaluation of two groups,followed-up for 6 months,analyzed the onset time,duration and other indexes. Results ①The onset time and the duration in A group than was significantly shorter than in group B,（P〈0.05）;②The difference of clinical curative effect in two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）;but satisfaction rate in group B was significantly higher than group A （P〈0.05）;③The incidence rate of adverse reaction in group B was 23.4%,was obviously higher than group A of 3.4% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Botulinum toxin A injection in treatment of the upper facial wrinkles is satisfactory,the choice of dosage and concentration can be adjusted according to the physical differences of patients and differences in tolerance to low dose,initial treatment should give low dosage to ensure safety.
