摘　　要：目的:观察Er:YAG点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法:30例中、重度面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者,采用Er:YAG点阵激光治疗,治疗间隔2个月,3次为1个疗程,观察首次治疗后第2、4、7个月时患者的疗效及不良反应发生率及持续时间。结果:治疗第2、4及7个月时总有效率分别为73.3%、80.0%及86.7%,所有患者治疗后均会出现短期的疼痛及红斑,9例患者(30.0%)出现不同程度色素沉着,平均误工时间为(5.07±1.74)d。结论:Er:YAG点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕安全、有效,不良反应轻微。Objective To evaluate the efficacies and safety of Er：YAG fractional laser for treatment of atrophic facial acne scars. Methods Thirty subjects with moderate to severe atrophic facial acne scars received 3 sessions of Er：YAG fractional laser treatment at 2 months intervals.Assessments were obtained at month 2,month 4 and month 7 after the first treatment,side effects were recorded. Results The total efficacy at month 2,month 4 and month 7 was 73.3%,80.0%and 86.7%respectively. All patients showed transient pain and erythema after each treatment,9（30.0%）showed different degrees of hyperpigmentation during the study.Average downtime was 5.07 ± 1.74 days. Conclusion Er：YAG fractional laser is an effective and safe modality for the treatment of atrophic facial acne scars.
