运用主成分综合函数法构建10周龄朗德鹅体尺评估模型

摘  要:分别测定10周龄朗德鹅父系、母系公鹅和母鹅群体重(x_1)、体斜长(x_2)、颈长(x_3)、半潜水长(x_4)、颈围(x_5)、背宽(x_6)、胸宽(x_7)、胸围(x_8)、胸深(x_9)、胸骨长(x_(10))、胫长(x_(11))和胫围(x_(12))等12个体重体尺指标,运用主成分法对朗德鹅体重体尺指标进行分析,建立10周龄朗德鹅体尺评估模型:y=0.255zx_1+0.231zx_2+0.175zx_3+0.247zx_4+0.225zx_5-0.196zx_6-0.203zx_7+0.221zx_8+0.246zx_9+0.235zx_(10)-0.185zx_(11)-0.200zx_(12)。结果表明:前3个主成分的累积贡献率为92.64%(>85%),基本反映了原体重体尺指标包含的全部信息。运用构建的评估模型计算各群体体型综合得分,父系公鹅得分最高,其次分别是母系公鹅、父系母鹅,母系母鹅得分最低,与预期结果一致。This experiment was conducted to study 12 body-size and body-weight traits,such as body weight (x1 ),body slope lengths(x2 ),neck length(x3 ),half-diving length(x4 ),neck girth(x5 ),back width(x6 ),chest width(x7 ),chest girth(x8 ),chest depth(x9 ),chest bone length(x10 ),shank length(x11 ),and shank girth(x12 ) in parternal line of 10-week Lande geese and maternal line of 10-week mother Lande geese.After measuring,the principal component analysis was carried out for the main traits of different geese,and the comprehensive evaluation model was established as y =0.255zx1 +0.231zx2 +0.175zx3 +0.247zx4 +0.225zx5 -0.196zx6 -0.203zx7 +0.221zx8 +0.246zx9 +0.235zx10 -0.185zx11 -0.200zx12 .The results showed that the first three character values were selected as the principal component which occupied 92.64%(〉85%)of total information.The three com-ponents contained nearly all the original information.From the models established,the combined scores of body-size traits were obtained,the descending order of the scores was males of parternal line,males of maternal line, females of parternal line,and females of maternal line,which was consistent with expectations.
