摘  要:利用盆栽方式,测定干旱胁迫下6个类型(L1:窄冠型、L2:宽冠型、L3:黄皮型、L4黑皮型、L5:大叶型、L6:小叶型)大叶女贞2年生嫁接苗的丙二醛、细胞膜透性、脯氨酸等生理指标,研究其对干旱胁迫的生理响应,并用隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评价。抗旱性综合评价表明:6个类型大叶女贞的抗旱性强弱为L6>L4>L3>L5>L2>L1。Physiological parameters such as MDA,cell membrane permeability,proline content,etc.were measured on six types of two-year(L1—type of narrow crown ;L2—type of wide crown;L3—type of yellow bark tree;L4—type of black bark tree;L5—type of large-leaved;L6—type of leaflets)Ligustrum lucidum Ait grafted seeding under drought stress by potting experiment.The physiological response of the six types of Ligustrum lucid-um Ait under drought stress was analyzed and the drought resistance was evaluated by subordinate function.The subordinate function was used to rank their drought tolerance and the order was:L6 〉L4 〉L3 〉L5 〉L2 〉L1.
