摘　　要：采用"前处理+综合生态处理"的工艺对奶牛场沼液进行净化处理,前处理试验设置4种混凝剂添加量(0 g/L、10 g/L、20 g/L、和40 g/L)和2种曝气强度(2 L/min和5 L/min),综合生态处理试验设置2种EM菌剂添加量(1%和2%)和4种水生植物布置(水鳖、水花生、空心菜和3种植物混合)。结果表明:经过96 h前处理和28 d综合生态处理后,沼液中COD、总氮(TN)、NH_4^+-N、总磷(TP)质量浓度最低分别为156 mg/L、1.24 mg/L、1.04 mg/L和0.32 mg/L。综合考虑净化效果与成本,前处理中混凝剂添加20 g几、曝气5 L/min,综合生态处理选择"空心菜+1%EM菌剂"为最优组合。The biogas slurry of dairy farm was purified by the process of “pretreatment ＋comprehensive ecological treatment”.4 kinds of coagulant dosage（0 g/L,10 g/L,20 g/L and 40 g/L）and 2 kinds of aeration in-tensity（2 L/min and 5 L/min）were set up for pretreatment experiment,2 kinds of EMaddition amount（1% and 2%）and 4 kinds of aquatic plants layout（water turtle,Alternanthera philoxeroides,water spinach and mix of 3 kinds of plant）were set up for comprehensive ecological treatment experiment.The results showed that after 96 h pretreatment and 28 d comprehensive ecological purification,the lowest concentrations of COD,TN,NH ＋4 -N,TP in biogas slurry was 156 mg/L,1.24 mg/L,1.04 mg/L and 0.32 mg/L,respectively.Considering the purification effect and cost,pretreatment with 20 g/L coagulant and 5 L/min aeration intensity,and comprehensive ecological purification with water spinach and 1% EMwas the optimal combination.
