摘 要:目的:探索雌激素受体-β(ER-β)基因多态性及山茶籽油与广西壮族妇女绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的关联性。方法:590例广西长期食用山茶籽油壮族妇女和600例广西长期非食用山茶籽油壮族妇女,定量超声骨质密度仪检测2组右侧足跟骨测量宽带超声衰减值(BUA),PCR-RFLP 检测2组 ER-β基因多态性。结果:同一年龄组相比较,食用山茶籽油组绝经妇女骨质疏松症的患病率明显低于非食用山茶籽油组绝经妇女。ER-β基因 RsaⅠ等位基因频率在2组中存在着显著性差异,r 等位基因患 PMOP 的风险是 R 等位基因的1.442倍(OR=1.442,95%CI 为1.215~1.711)。食用山茶籽油组绝经后骨质疏松症组携带 AluⅠ酶切位点的 a 等位基因分布频率明显少于非食用山茶籽油组绝经后骨质疏松症组。结论:提示 ER-βRsaⅠ酶切位点的 r 等位基因可能是 PMOP 的遗传易感基因;食用山茶籽油对 PMOP 有防治作用,AluⅠ酶切位点的 a 等位基因是对山茶籽油起交互作用的敏感基因。Obj ective :To explore the correlation of polymorphism of estrogen receptor-β(ER-β)and camellia seed oil with post-menopausal osteoporosis (PMOP)in Zhuang women of Guangxi.Methods :5 9 0 and 6 0 0 Zhuang women,who ingested regularly or nerve intook camellia oil (ECO)in long-term (grouped as ECO and NECO correspondingly),underwent right calcaneal broad band ultrasound attenuation (BUA) analysis by using quantitative ultrasound bone densitomerter,ER-βpolymorphism detection using PCR-RFLP.Results :In the same age subgroup,the prevalence of PMOP in ECO group was significantly lower than that in NECO group.The difference in ER-βgene Rsa Ⅰ allele frequencies was found in the above two groups.And,risk for PMOP with allele r was 1 .4 4 2 times than that of R allele (OR= 1 .4 4 2 ,9 5 % CI:1 .2 1 5 1 .7 1 1 ). The frequency of Alu Ⅱ restriction a allele occurred in ECO women with PMOP was significantly less than that in NECO women with PMOP.Conclusion:The ER-β r allele gene may be a genetic susceptibility gene of PMOP;intake of camellia seed oil has preventive and therapeutic effect on PMOP, and a allele may be a sensitive gene in the interaction with camellia oil.
