摘  要:目的探讨胸部X线摄影照射野内外的辐射剂量。方法 1剂量仪探头放置:在常规胸部摄影中,将剂量仪探头分别放置于探测板右上方照射野内1 cm处和照射野外1 cm处,用透明胶固定。2对照组(探头在照射野内):在常规胸部正侧位摄影中,记录每次曝光的电流、照射野内探头探测相对应的吸收剂量、影像上显示的吸收剂量。3实验组(探头在照射野外):在常规胸部正侧位摄影中,记录每次曝光的电流、照射野外探头探测相对应的吸收剂量、影像上显示的吸收剂量。4统计学方法:分别统计实验组和对照组正侧位电流、剂量仪吸收剂量、影像上显示的吸收剂量的均值,采用独立样本t检验,评价实验组和对照组正侧位电流、剂量仪吸收剂量、影像上显示的吸收剂量是否存在统计学差异,当P>0.05时,差异无统计学意义。结果对照组(探头在照射野内)正侧位摄影电流均值和标准差分别为3.1±0.8,7±4,实验组(探头在射野外)正侧位摄影电流均值和标准差分别为3.2±0.7,8±4;对照组正侧位剂量仪吸收剂量均值和标准差分别为89.4±33.7,237.6±106.6;实验组正侧位剂量仪吸收剂量均值和标准差分别为2.2±0.6,4.0±2.1;对照组正侧位影像上显示的吸收剂量均值和标准差分别为203±61,503±263;实验组正侧位影像上显示的吸收剂量均值和标准差分别为210±48,512±232;对两者电流、剂量仪吸收剂量、影像上显示的吸收剂量进行独立样本t检验,t值分别为正位电流0.355,侧位电流0.085,正位剂量仪吸收剂量-23.694,侧位剂量仪吸收剂量-20.076;正位影像上显示的吸收剂量0.729,侧位影像上显示的吸收剂量0.224。P值分别为正位电流0.723,侧位电流0.932;正位剂量仪吸收剂量0.001,侧位剂量仪吸收剂量0.001;正位影像上显示的吸收剂量0.467,侧位影像上显示的吸收剂量0.823。正侧位m As、正侧位影像上显示的吸收剂量差异无统计学意Objective To discuss the chest X-ray photography radiation dose of the radiation field inside and outside. Methods 1 Dose meter probe placed: in routine chest photography, placed dosimeter probe respectively in detecting plate within the radiation field at the upper field to 1 cm, 1 cm and irradiation with cellophane tape. 2 The control group(probe within the radiation field) : in routine chest is oblique photography, record each exposure of m As,radiation field inside the probe to detect the corresponding absorption dose, image displayed on the absorbed dose. 3 The experimental group(probe in the radiation field) : in routine chest is oblique photography, record each exposure of m As, irradiation field probe to detect the corresponding absorbed dose, the image displayed on the absorbed dose.4 Statistical methods: statistics of the experimental group and control group in the positive side of the m As, dosimeter absorbed dose, image display on the mean absorbed dose, using independent sample t test, evaluation of the experimental group and control group in the positive side of m As, dosimeter absorption dose, the image displayed on the ab-sorbed dose, whether there was a statistically significant, when P0.05 there was no statistically significant difference.Results Control group(probe) within the radiation field was oblique photography m As mean and standard deviation were 3.1±0.8, 8±4, probe in the radiation field(experimental group) had oblique photography m As mean and standard deviation were 3.2±0.7, 8±4. Side of control was a dosimeter absorbed dose mean and standard deviation were 89.4 ±33.7, 237.6±106.6; side of experimental group was a dosimeter absorbed dose mean and standard deviation were 2.2 ±0.6, 4.0±2.1; control group on the positive side of the image showed the absorbed dose of mean and standard deviation were 203±61, 503±263.
