摘  要:目的 摸索碳纳米管-聚乙烯醇-生长因子复合敷料的制备方法,并观察其相关特性.方法 通过静电纺织技术制备碳纳米管-聚乙烯醇-生长因子敷料,通过扫描电镜、细胞毒试验、人EGF ELISA试剂盒(KP98753),观察合成敷料的相关物理特性及生物学特性.结果 JSM5600-LV扫描电镜观察发现敷料显微结构稳定;24、48 h MTT细胞毒试验结果显示细胞毒性分级均为0;生长因子释放试验结果显示,12 h以前敷料的生长因子累积释放率稳步增加,无明显暴释现象,且释放的生长因子活性良好,持续释放时间长,能明显促进细胞的生长(F =334.512,P=0.000).结论 本课题设计制备的碳纳米管-聚乙烯醇-生长因子复合敷料结构稳定,无细胞毒作用,能够起到缓释生长因子作用,并且释放的生长因子活性良好,能显著促进细胞的生长。Objective To investigate the preparation method of carbon nanotube-vinol-growth factor compound dressing.Methods The carbon nanotube-vinol-growth factor compound dressing was prepared with electrostatic spinning technology.The physical properties and biological characteristics of this compound dressing were observed with scanning electron microscopy,cytotoxic test,and epidermal growth factor enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EGF ELISA) kit (KP98753).Results The dressing microstructure was stable with JSM5600-LV scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis.The 24 h and 48 h methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) cell toxicity test showed that the cell toxicity grading was 0.The growth factor release test showed that the dressing growth factor accumulated release rate was steadily increasing before 12 h.There was not obviously critical interpretation phenomenon.The growth factor activity was good;it could obviously promote the growth of cells with long releasing time (F =334.512,P =0.000).Conclusions The carbon nanotube-vinol-growth factor compound dressing was stable,and no cytotoxic effect.It can slowly release growth factors with good activity and significantly promote cell growth.
