摘  要:采用原位自生合成法制备了Ti Cp/Fe复合材料,研究了Cu含量对Ti Cp/Fe复合材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Cu含量的增加,复合材料组织中片状石墨有害相得到了有效的抑制,使Ti Cp/Fe复合材料的综合力学性能得到了提高。所制备的Ti Cp/Fe复合材料的最佳Cu含量为1.5%左右。The composite TiCp/Fe was prepared by in-situ reaction synthesis process, and the effect of Cu content on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the composites was investigated. The results show that the harmful phase of flake graphite is suppressed effectively with the increase of Cu content, and thus the mechanical properties of the composites TiCp/Fe is enhanced. The optimal Cu content of the as-obtained composites is about 1.5%.
