摘 要:研究了ZL250A合金在铸造过程中的热裂行为,运用Pro CAST软件,通过建立适合的温度场、应力场模型,对该材料铸件的热裂部位进行模拟预测。结果表明,本研究所用温度场、应力场模型可以准确地预测热裂出现的部位,并与实验结果相吻合。此外,模拟结果还可以分析热裂部位的应力、温度、凝固体积分数与时间的关系,这对于理解ZL205A合金的热裂行为,提高ZL205A合金铸造成品率具有重要意义。The ZL205 A alloy has a broad application prospect in aerospace and automobile because of the excellent mechanical properties. Due to the wide range of crystallization temperature, the tendency of the hot tearing of this kind of alloy is very high. In order to reduce the hot tearing defects in the casting process, the temperature model, stress model are established to simulate the hot tearing of the casting parts through Pro CAST. The results show that the hot tearing of the casting parts are predicted accurately by using properly temperature model and stress model, which are consistent with the experimental results. In addition, simulation results present the relationship between stress, temperature, solid phase fraction and time, which have important significances on understanding the hot tearing behavior of ZL205 A and improving the rate of finished products.
