摘  要:采用美学、人类工效学、绩效理论,以及黄金分割原理的设计理念优化设计制作了4102气缸盖流水线一箱三件砂型铸造下芯夹具。对其底框、浮动框、起吊樑、砂芯吊板等主要零部件的结构优化进行评述;对一些附件作了优化设计,指出所用的优化设计理念,也可指导其它机械制造工装的优化设计。The core jig for 4102 cylinder head castings in production line, which is three pieces in a sand box, was designed and manufactured based on aesthetics, ergonomics, performance theory, and the golden section principle. The structure optimization of some main parts, such as bottom frame, floating box, lifting beam, core hanger, and so on, was described and the optimization design of some accessories was carried out. The concept mentioned in this paper can also be used in the optimizing design of other other machinery manufacturing tooling.
