摘　　要：通过对舱体铸件结构的分析,提出了大型复杂薄壁铝合金铸件"一盒两芯"的芯盒结构设计,对制芯方式、砂芯定位及组合方式等取得了制作简单、使用方便、定位准确的效果,顺利完成了铸件的生产。同时,该定位装置可以反复应用于多种树脂砂芯的组合定位,具有推广价值。Through analyzing the large complex aluminum alloy casting structure, the core box structure of ＂one core box made of two sand cores＂ was designed. The design has the effects of simplifying production, easy using and accurate positioning in making core way, sand core position and compound mode. It is succeed in produced castings. At the same time,the positioning device can be repeatedly used in a variety of resin sand core positioning. It has a strong promotional value.
