摘　　要：目的探讨自然杀伤T细胞(natural killer T cell,NKT)在原因不明习惯性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)发生机制中的作用。方法有URSA史患者50例,其中未孕者20例为URSA非孕组,难免流产者30例为UESA难免流产组,52例正常体检者中正常未生育者20例为正常未育组,正常妊娠孕妇20例为正常妊娠组,有正常生育史12例为正常生育组,采用流式细胞术检测各组外周血中CD3+CD16+CD56+NKT细胞的表达水平。结果外周血CD3+CD16+CD56+NKT细胞百分率正常未生育组[(4.62±1.38)%]与正常生育组[(4.90±3.00)%]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);URSA非孕组外周血CD3+CD16+CD56+NKT细胞百分率[(2.42±1.52)%]低于正常生育组(P<0.05),URSA难免流产组[(4.18±2.77)%]低于正常妊娠组[(14.40±2.27)%](P<0.05);正常妊娠组外周血中NKT细胞百分率是正常生育组的3倍,而URSA难免流产组是URSA非孕组的2倍。结论 URSA患者外周血NKT细胞表达水平降低,NKT细胞可能参与了URSA的发生。Objective To investigate the role of natural killer T cell （NKT） in the mechanism of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion （URSA）. Methods In 50 patients with URSA history, there were 20 non-pregnancy patients and 30 pregnancy patients. Another 52 healthy volunteers included 20 women with no child-bearing history, 20 normal pregnancy women, and 12 women with normal child-bearing history. The flow cytometry was used to detect the expressions of CD3＋ CD16＋ CD56＋ NKT cells in peripheral blood in all groups. Results There was no significant difference in the percentage of CD3＋ CD16＋ CD56＋ NKT cells between normal women with no child-bearing history （（4.62±1.38） %） and normal women with normal child-bearing history （（4.90±3.00）%） （P〉0.05）. The percentage of CCD3 ＋ CD16 ＋ CD56 ＋ NKT cells was significantly lower in non-pregnancy URSA patients （ （2.42 ±1.52） % ） than that in normal women with normal child-bearing history （P〈0.05）, and lower in pregnancy URSA patients （（4. 18± 2.77）%） than that in normal pregnancy women （（14. 4±2. 27）%） （P%0.05）. The percentages of NKT cells in peripheral blood of normal pregnancy women were three times as high as that of normal women with normal child-bearing history, and the percentages of NKT cells in peripheral blood of pregnancy URSA patients was twice as high as that of non-pregnancy URSA patients. Conclusion The reduce of the percentages of NKT cells may be involved in URSA.
