摘　　要：目的探讨组胺H4受体(histamine H4receptor,H4R)mRNA在特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)中的表达及其与血清总IgE(total IgE,tIgE)的关系。方法 172例AD患者为AD组,167例体检健康者为对照组,2组采用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测外周血H4R mRNA表达情况,采用ELISA法检测血清tIgE水平,分析H4R mRNA表达水平和血清tIgE的关系。结果AD组血清H4R mRNA表达水平(42.98±15.97)明显高于对照组(28.29±19.35)(P<0.05),血清tIgE水平[(941.91±348.38)u/mL]明显高于对照组[(87.91±31.25)u/mL](P<0.05);AD组H4R mRNA表达水平与血清tIgE水平增高呈正相关(r=0.495,P=0.000),对照组H4R mRNA表达水平与血清tIgE水平增高无相关性(r=0.123,P=0.108)。结论 H4R表达增高与AD发病密切相关,且与血清tIgE水平呈正相关,H4R可能参与了AD炎症反应进程。Objective To explore the expression of histamine H4 receptor （H4R） in atopie dermatitis （AD）, and to analyze the relationship between H4R and total IgE （tIgE） level. Methods The expression of H4R mRNA by real time PCR, and the level of tlgE was detected by ELISA in 172 AD patients （AD group） and 167 healthy controls （control group） to analyze the relationship between the expression of H4R mRNA and tIgE level. Results The expressions of H4 R mRNA and tIgE were significantly higher in AD group （（42.98±15.97, （941.91 ±348.38） u/mL） than those in control group （（28.29± 19. 35, （87. 91 ± 31. 25） u/mL） （P〈0.05）. The expression of H4R mRNA was positively correlated with increased tIgE level in AD group （r=0. 495, P=0. 000）, and was not correlated with tIgE level in control group （r=0. 123, P=0. 108）. Conelusioll The high expression of HAR is closely correlated with AD, and positively correlated with tIgE level. HA R may be involved in the inflammation progress of AD.
