平山病的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗平山病的效果。方法采用相应病变椎间隙减压自体植骨及内固定手术治疗15例平山病患者。结果 15例均获随访,时间6个月~2年6个月。患者患肢肌力明显提高,均获得良好效果。结论平山病经积极的手术治疗能有效恢复患者患肢的功能。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of Hirayama＇ s disease by operation.Methods A total of 15 cases with Hirayama＇s disease were treated with corresponding intervertebral decompression,autograft of bone and internal fixation operation. Results 15 cases were followed up for 6 ~ 30 months,patients with limb muscle strength weakness were improved,good results were obtained. Conclusions Positive operation treatment of Hirayama＇s disease recovers the function of patients with upper limb effectively.
