摘　　要：目的探讨伴有后髁塌陷的胫骨平台骨折的手术入路及疗效。方法对35例伴有后髁塌陷的胫骨平台骨折患者行手术治疗,采用后内侧入路15例,后外侧入路11例,后内外联合入路9例。结果患者均获随访,时间12~26个月。患者骨折均愈合,根据HSS评分：优16例,良13例,中6例,优良率为82.9%。结论治疗伴有后髁塌陷的胫骨平台骨折,根据骨折部位采用后内侧、后外侧或后内外联合切口入路手术,具有暴露清楚、内固定放置安全、创伤小、临床疗效好等优点。Objective To study the surgical approaches and clinical efficacy of posterior condylar callapse tibial plateau fractures. Methods A total of 35 patients of posterior condylar callapse tibial plateau fractures were treated by surgical treatement. Posteromedial approach were used in 15 cases,posterolateral approach in 11 cases,internal and external combined approaches in 9 cases. Results Follow-up lasted 12 ~ 26 months in 35 patients. Radiologic results were graded with the HSS score to evaluate the reduction of fracture. The results was excellent in 16 cases,good in13,fair in 6. The excellent and good rate of clinical results was 82. 9%. Conclusions Posteromedial and posterolateral or internal and external combined approaches can facilitate the reduction and fixation for posterior condylar callapse tibial plateau fractures,which has many advantages such as good exposure,less invasion and the excellent clinical result.
