摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下缝线交叉固定治疗前交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折的临床效果。方法对18例前交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折患者在关节镜下进行复位,使用3股2号Ethicon不吸收缝线进行固定。结果患者均获得随访,时间8~24个月。患者术后2个月骨折均达临床骨性愈合;术后3个月膝关节屈伸功能基本恢复正常,未发现膝关节不稳;术后6个月,根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准为89~96（93.1±2.9）分。结论关节镜下缝线交叉固定治疗前交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折疗效确切,对关节功能影响小,临床效果较好。Objective To explore the clinical results of arthroscopic technique with suture fixation for tibial eminence fracture. Methods 18 cases of tibial eminence fracture were treated by arthroscopically with 3 strands 2 Ethicon non-absorbable suture fixation technique. The patients were trained rehabilitation after operation. Results All cases were followed up for 8 ~ 24 months. All fractures were healed without displacement two months after operation. Three months later,all the cases were recovered,no knee joint instability was occurred. The Lysholm knee score was 89 ~96（ 93. 1 ± 2. 9） after six months of postoperation. Conclusions Arthroscopic technique with suture fixation is reliable for tibial eminence fracture.
