摘 要:针对在高爆压柴油机上新型高硅铝合金缸套的热负荷问题,建立缸套温度和应力的数学模型与边界条件,使用Ansys软件进行温度场,热应力和应变场的计算,获得了给定工况下髙硅铝合金缸套的热负荷特点。结果表明,高硅铝合金缸套整体的温度分布沿轴向从上到下呈现出由高到低的分布特点,其最高温度出现在缸套内壁上端。热变形的特点是上端变形大,下部变形小。Aiming at the problem of heat load in high-silicon aluminum cylinder for high detonation pres- sure diesel, the mathematical models and boundary conditions between temperature and stress were es- tablished. The characteristic of heat load in the high-silicon aluminum cylinder at a given condition was described by calculating temperature field, thermal stress and strain fields through Ansys. The results reveal that in high-silicon aluminum cylinder, the overall temperature field is descended from top to bot- tom axially, and the maximum temperature occurs at the upper of inner wall of the cylinder. The ther- mal deformation is characterized by large deforming at upper with small deforming at lower.
