摘  要:通过某型吊梁试制,分析了砂型重力铸造过程中吊梁出现裂纹、冷隔、浇不足等缺陷的原因,认为形状复杂、壁厚不均是产生裂纹的主要原因,铸造工艺不当是产生冷隔的主要原因。铸件结构、铸造工艺不当是产生浇不足的主要原因。针对铝液质量、浇注速度、充型压力、浇注时间和排气通道等因素进行改进,经验证,改进后的ZL205A长型薄壁多腔吊梁成形完整,无裂纹、冷隔、浇不足等缺陷。The trial-manufacturing of the carrier was described, and origination of crack, cold-shut and mi- srun in the sand mold gravity casting was analyzed. Crack is resulted from complicated shape with unev- ern wall thickness, and the dis-rational processing design is responsible for cold-shut defects. Un-ration- al structure and processing design result in the misrun defects. Through adopting optimizing processing parameters, such as liquid aluminum alloy quality, pouring velocity, filling pressure, pouring time and exhausting channel, some defects, such as crack, cold shut, misrun, in the carrier, can be eliminated ef- fectively.
